A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost data and undesired network downtime. That is the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We have highly competent administrators whose sole task is to make certain that your web site works exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on well–known applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, since there are a lot of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to migrate your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

A: Nope. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. In essence, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
