You’ll be able to easily upgrade the domain administration account that you have with First Quadrant to any of our cloud hosting packages. In this way, you will be able to easily administer both your domain names and web sites from a single location. To enable all the web hosting options in your Control Panel, simply visit the Upgrade Plan section situated on the left and select the package that you want to move to.

When we activate the chosen package, you will get a host of tools, including a drag ’n’ drop File Manager, a hotlink prevention tool, a URL redirection tool, an in–depth site traffic stats tool, a 1–click Web Applications Installer with which you will be able to effortlessly publish blogs, community–focused sites, image galleries, etc.

By locking your domain name, you will able to defend it against unapproved transfers. By doing this, any individual who attempts to initiate a transfer of your domain to some other registrar will be momentarily blocked.

And if you need to transfer the domain name to another domain registrar yourself, you can unlock it with a simple click of the mouse. The domain locking/unlocking feature is accessible in the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel. Just select a domain and then click on the Registrar Lock icon to lock or unlock it.

Every domain registrant is required to provide detailed and relevant registrant contact information. This is the so–called WHOIS info. As it must be as precise as possible, it often needs to be modified. And if you have to change the WHOIS info for more than one domain name at a time, this can be a really challenging venture.

With the Domain Manager interface, you can easily update the WHOIS information for one or multiple domains simultaneously. All changes will be reflected online almost instantly.

With the WHOIS protection option, you can conceal your personal information that can be viewed on the web upon a WHOIS lookup on your domain. By doing this, if somebody attempts a WHOIS lookup on your domain name, they’ll see fictitious details instead of your personal information. With this feature turned on, you won’t ever need to worry that someone might use your home address or phone number to bother you.

The WHOIS protection functionality is available with the majority of the domains offered on our site and you can find it in the Domain Manager included in your Control Panel.

If you want to use WordPress MultiSite or another multi–site web application, or even if you want to prevent users from mistyping the ’www.’ part of your domain name, you will be able to make use of the wildcard domain name activation options offered by our Domain Manager tool.

With the Wildcard functionality available in the Domain Manager, you will be able to forward all the hosts and sub–domains under a given domain, for instance – blog.domain.com or forum.domain.com, to the home page of your website.
